This seller kept me up to date through out the process, everything I asked for she was more then willing to help. Perfect wedding gift for my dad, I'm yet to give it him, however going on other people's reactions it should bring a tear to his eye. Beautifully presented, definately use this seller again.

Absolutely lovely, quality gift but made even better by the excellent customer service. Nothing too much trouble, helping make individual personalised verses and after I received my first 2 decided to purchase another 2 but with only 6 days to my wedding and bank holidays in the week I didn't think it possible but Karen went over and above and I can't thank her enough! Highly recommended!
